Whether she's talking about sex or marriage or something else, the answer works. She's gotten to me too much for me to say no. Or maybe she's shown me that it's okay to say yes, to accept good things for myself. Maybe she's tricked me into thinking I'm a human. That's kind of a scary thought, because I'm not.
