He talked about being dangerous, about not having a soul, about being a monster but he was protecting her even now. His arm tugged her close against his warmer body, his worn and rough hands rubbing against her arms trying to keep her warm. Words were lies, he said one thing but his body betrayed him. His body showed his true nature, beneath all the anger and the pain there was a good man not a monster.
